Gary Myer Co-President
Starting as a field employee, Gary gained valuable knowledge and experience while learning that the most important value to his customer was delivering a quality product. Gary, along with his father-in-law John Ebersole, established Speedwell Construction in 1990. Gary's project management skills ensured projects were properly planned, executed and handled with excellence, service and trust. This work ethic was paramount in developing Speedwell's reputation as one of the most quality-minded construction companies in the region. Gary's role includes strategic initiatives, operation management, and oversight of the company.
Gary enjoys riding motorcycles, snowmobiling and trips to the mountains and beach. He has served on several mission trips and is an active member of LCBC Church. Gary and his wife, Christine, have four sons, one daughter and three daughter-in-laws.
Keith Ebersole Co-President
Keith joined Speedwell Construction in 1994 and became partner in the company in 1996. He oversees business development, estimating and project management. Keith has been a part of the construction industry since 1979. He has held a variety of positions in the areas of drafting, estimating, project management and business development. Speedwell continues to have a high percentage of repeat customers year over year; this is a direct result of Keith’s emphasis on the development of meaningful relationships.
Keith enjoys hunting, fishing, and bike riding. He serves on the board of Messiah Village and is an active member of LCBC Church. Keith and his wife Robin have one daughter, two sons, one son-in-law and two daughter-in-law.
Dennis Jordan Chief Financial Officer
Dennis joined Speedwell Construction in 2011 and handles finance, accounting, IT, safety and human resources. He most enjoys working with the great people that make up the staff at Speedwell Construction.
Dennis has an extensive background in accounting and finance and is a member of IMA and CFMA. Prior to his work at Speedwell Construction, Dennis worked as a Finance Manager for a church and a school and was the Chief Financial Officer for a real estate management and development company.
In his spare time, Dennis enjoys spending time with his wife Beth and their 4 children and engaging in fly fishing, sports and outdoor activities.
Mark Strunk VP of Construction
Mark joined Speedwell Construction in 2016 as a project manager, overseeing all phases of project management. Mark places a high priority on building relationships with customers.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys coaching travel soccer and supporting Lebanon Valley Youth for Christ. Most recently, Mark joined the board of Live 10:27 Ministries. He has volunteered on mission trips in Haiti, Jamaica, El Salvador, Albania, and Guatemala.
Mark and his wife have four daughters and two grandchildren.
Jon Sensenig VP of Design-Build
Jon joined Speedwell Construction in 2015. As a project manager, he handles design-build projects thru completion, helping project stakeholders and contractors coordinate successful projects. He enjoys facilitating work around the on-going activities of clients so they can be successful as they grow.
Jon's hobby is working on cars, restoring old vehicles. Jon is married with two children. They enjoy camping and spending time outdoors.
Senior Project Managers
Bob Bisbing Senior Project Manager
Bob joined Speedwell Construction in 2014. His primary job involves guiding and assisting the Job Superintendent to ensure customers are happy and receiving a quality product, on time and on budget. He most enjoys seeing a project come together quickly and smoothly.
Prior to his work at Speedwell Construction, Bob spent 14 years working with local contractors on commercial and industrial projects. He also served as a Construction Engineer for a large industrial plant for 13 years. Bob has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
Brenton Ebersole Senior Project Manager
Brenton joined the Speedwell team in 2018 as a project manager and was promoted to a senior project manager in 2021. He is involved in both bid spec and design build projects. Brenton enjoys building relationships with each client and walking alongside them through the process.
Brenton is married and has 3 children. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with family, fly fishing, skiing, and is always in search for "good food"!
Ned Krissinger Senior Project Manager
Ned joined Speedwell Construction in 1997 as a project manager. He currently oversees projects to coordinate trades and maintain the budget and schedule. He most enjoys taking a unique approach to each project to create the best result for his clients.
Prior to his work at Speedwell Construction, Ned was a construction site foreman. Ned has over 25 years of field experience and has completed the ABC Apprentice Program and 30 hours of OSHA training.
Ned is married and has two daughters.
Steve Oberholtzer Senior Project Manager
Steve joined the Speedwell Construction team in 1998 as a project manager. Steve especially enjoys jobs that are unique, challenging, and show true quality workmanship.
Before working as a project manager, Steve served Speedwell Construction as superintendent, working on projects including shopping malls, medical facilities, design/build and various other commercial and industrial work.
In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, working on volunteer construction projects and scuba diving.
Steve has been married since 1983 and has 2 children.
Travis Ebersole Project Manager
Travis joined Speedwell in 2016 as a Project Engineer, before being promoted to Project Manager. He understands that the key to success is communication and listening to the owners needs to ensure that their goals are met throughout the construction process. Travis enjoys projects from the ground up, working closely with clients who are detail oriented.
A graduate from Messiah College in 2013, he brings his enthusiasm for people and design to Speedwell. He enjoys the outdoors, especially when it comes hunting and fishing. Travis is married and loves weekend getaway trips with his wife and their Rottweiler, Mocha. He and his wife serve as youth group leaders for their church in Jonestown.
Brian Stricker Project Manager
Brian joined Speedwell Construction in 2017 as project manager, overseeing our renovation and small design-build projects. Brian loves working with owners and customers through design, budget and completion of a project. He most enjoys giving new life to old buildings.
Brian is married and has four daughters that keep him busy outside of work. He enjoys running, cycling, and getting outdoors with the family. In 2015/2016, The Stricker family served together on the mission field, in Kenya. Brian now serves as a volunteer staff member for Life Church Lancaster.
Joe Rybnick Project Manager
Joe joined Speedwell Construction in 2021 as a Project Manager, overseeing all phases of construction. He has a demonstrated record of exceeding client expectations and acheiving above industry standard levels of satisfaction on education, senior living, multi-family, retail and healthcare projects.
Joe has a BS, Business Mangement from The Penn State University, a BS, Construction Management and a AAS, Building Construction Technology from The Pennsylvania College of Technology. He has also completed the OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour training. Joe currently resides in Exeter Township and enjoys camping, skiing, baseball and traveling with family and friends.
Steve Ribaudo Project Manager
Steve joined Speedwell Construction in 2021 as a Project Manager with broad range of construction experience including commercial, retail, public, medical, and senior living. Many of those projects were fit-out or renovation work with their own unique challenges. He enjoys working on technically detailed and heavily integrated systems as part of an overall project.
Steve has a Bachelor and Master of Science in construction management from Millersville University and Arizona State University, respectively. He enjoys many sports, but especially Moto GP and European football.
Sheldon Myer Business Development Manager
Sheldon joined Speedwell in 2017 as the Business Development Manager. Sheldon's responsibilities include marketing for Speedwell and sales/lead generation. He most enjoys seeking new opportunities and forming meaning relationships with potential clients.
Before Speedwell, Sheldon lived in Philadelphia and worked in the financial industry. He now lives in Lititz with his wife, Lisa, and their daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, following Philadelphia sports teams and golfing. Sheldon graduated from Messiah College with a degree in Business Administration.
Dave Morris Business Development Manager
Dave works at Speedwell Construction as one of the Business Development Mangers. He joined Speedwell in 2016 as an assistant superintendent. He was quickly promoted to superintendent where he helped run projects for 5 years. He really enjoys connecting with people, building relationships with clients, and seeing a project reach completion.
He graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a B.S. in Bible. He has been married since 2001 and has 4 children. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his kids' sports adventures, participating in any competition, and going out to eat with his wife.
Randy Wingenroth Estimating Manager
Randy joined Speedwell in 2017 after spending the previous 4 1/2 years serving as a Construction Manager in Africa for a mission organization. Randy brings over 30 years of experience in Commercial construction to his role as Estimating Manager. Over the years Randy has gained vast experience working with many churches, townships, school districts, commercial, and industrial clients. He enjoys working with the Speedwell team to bring projects together within budget and exceeding owner's expectations.
Randy is married and has two sons who are married and one daughter. He enjoys hunting, fly fishing, and spending time with family. Randy has served overseas in Hungary and Haiti (short term trips), and lived in Zambia and Liberia. He continues to serve by supporting missionaries, taking short term mission trips, and working with the Trauma Healing Ministry.
Pete Wittmaier Principal Architect
Pete joined the Speedwell team in 2015. He is a Registered Architect with Speedwell Design. His experience includes commercial, industrial, educational and church building projects. He oversees the design process at Speedwell Design from preliminary sketches through construction documents.
Away from the office Pete enjoys following Phillies baseball, working on home improvements, traveling to new places and photographing buildings.
Ben Deppen Project Architect
Ben joined the Speedwell team in 2016. He is a Registered Architect with Speedwell Design. He has over 20 years of experience in architectural design and construction including commercial, educational, industrial, senior care facilities, and ecclesiastical projects. He coordinates and manages the pre-construction design process for projects. He most enjoys revitalizing and rehabilitating old buildings.
Ben is married with 5 children. And away from the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering with the youth group at Manheim Brethren In Christ Church, and working on carpentry projects.
